Shipping Policy

Each project is discussed with the client regarding scope and deadlines. Most projects take 7 to 14 days to complete depending on complexity.

To start the project, the client deposits 70 percent of the total cost. This covers materials, production, and ensures commitment.

We offer installation support where applicable and also charge separately when extra materials are required for setup.

Once the product is ready, delivery is arranged in consultation with the client. We also provide progress updates throughout the process.

We accept returns only for items with a genuine manufacturing defect reported within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds or exchanges are processed within 3 business days.

Exchanges are available for faulty products only. Used or mishandled items are not eligible for return.

All our machines come with a one-year warranty covering factory defects.
